In order to gain an in-depth understanding of the current situation and needs of FH patients, grasp the effects and possible side effects of medications taken by FH patients, and provide targeted long-term services for FH patients, on May 27, 2021, Hongmili officially launched the "Scarecrow Guardian Plan——FH Patient Information Registration" project. The project questionnaire was designed by the team's FH researchers over several months. The first 200 registered patients will also receive a carefully customized gift of love from Hongmili. After the project was launched, based on the situation and feedback of registered patients, we continuously adjusted and improved the registration questionnaire. On September 8,the FH Patient Information Registration Version 2.0 was officially launched.

As of 18:00 on December 31, a total of 131 people participated in the FH Patient Information Registration project. Screening found 6 duplicate registrations, and the number of valid registrations for the project was 125. Registration gifts were mailed in 3 batches. As of November 26, 106 FH friends had already received our gifts of love. For FH friends who registered after November 26, your exclusive gift will be sent out in the next batch.

Through this project, we hope to provide FH friends who participate in the registration with disease management plans of reference value, increase society's attention to this disease, screen out as many hidden patients in the population as possible, and facilitate timely disease management so as to prevent the occurrence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular-related diseases as early as possible.

This project is carried out on a long-term basis. We promise not to disclose personal information to any third party and not to use it for any commercial purposes. We look forward to the participation of more FH friends!

In order to provide the most substantial help to FH patients and urge everyone to carry out standardized disease management, on July 21, Hongmili launched the following 3 activities for FH patients:

FH Children's Skim Milk Funding Project: 50 FH children will be selected to receive a box of skim milk every month for one year. The procurement and distribution of skim milk for the project officially began in September. In December, 61 people actually participated, and a total of 218 boxes of skim milk were sent out over the 4 months. The gift may be small, but it is full of Hongmili's deep blessings. We hope every FH child grows up healthy and happy!

Lipid Apheresis Funding Project: Among the 9 FH friends who signed up, 2 underwent lipid apheresis twice each and have successively received funding of 3,000 yuan per session. The remaining 7 friends have not yet undergone the procedure due to their own schedules and other reasons. The funding validity period for this project ends on August 21, 2022. The 7 friends can contact us at any time within the validity period of the project.

Cholesterol Challenge Plan: A total of 12 people participated in the project. On October 22, the two-month challenge period ended. On November 8, we collected all the blood lipid test reports from the participating friends and began statistical calculations. On November 11, we announced thebonus list. Among the 12 FH friends, 8 successfully completed the challenge, and 2 friends even received the highest reward of 1,000 yuan. On November 26, the bonuses for the 8 friends were all paid. With this, the first phase of the Cholesterol Challenge Plan was officially concluded. The purpose of setting up this challenge is to hope that every FH friend can take medication regularly under the guidance of a doctor, maintain a positive attitude, and strengthen lifestyle intervention to effectively achieve the goal of lipid regulation.

On December 1, Hongmili held its first livestream on WeChat Channels with the theme of "Common Gene Locus Mutations in FH"; on the 24th, we also shared the Double Dan gift packs with FH friends via livestream. First Aid Training Section

The American Heart Association (AHA), founded in the United States in 1924, is the most standardized and influential authoritative organization for public first aid training worldwide.

In September 2021, after passing strict assessments by AHA on venue, equipment, instructors, and other aspects, Hongmili officially became atraining centerqualified to offer AHA Heartsaver courses. It can offer first aid training courses for primary rescuers to any enterprise, organization, or group without medical experience, contributing its own strength to popularizing first aid knowledge and improving the public's ability for self-rescue and mutual rescue!
